PendingMAXILAR RECONSTRUCTION WITH AUTOLOGOUS BONE
Increasingly we find more complex surgical scenarios that require more advanced surgical techniques. From greater aesthetic demand of tissues, atrophy due to absences of teeth or the presence of removable prostheses, to defects caused by loss of teeth or implants. And it is in these cases where we must use the different techniques of maxillary reconstruction. The hands on course will consist of a quick review and implementation of phantoms of the different intraoral donor areas and surgical techniques for obtaining grafts, the treatment of grafts obtained and their fixation in the recipient areas and the management of tissues to achieve the primary closure of the flaps.
Each student will have all the necessary material to be able to make the graft of the different intraoral areas as well as the material to perform the fixation of the graft:
-cutting disks
-trephines
- Implant motor with handpiece
-screws of osteosynthesis

The Inverted Body-Shift™ Concept in Macro Implant Design
When a patient presents with failing dentition, they often desire an immediate aesthetic and functional solution. Accommodating patients desires in these scenarios can be complicated as both the unique angulation of patients bone and soft tissue play an important role in predictable and efficient treatment. The latest dental implant innovations can accommodate the angulation of patients existing bone without the use of grafting, angled abutments or angle corrected implant platforms.
This workshop will demonstrate a new inverted body-shift concept in macro implant design. The coronal aspect is narrow and tapers outward to a maximum diameter midway down the length of the implant. This innovative design combined with Subcrestal Angle Correction® of the INVERTA™ Co-Axis® Implant allows for apical bone engagement in immediate placement and a coronal chamber for bone growth resulting in natural aesthetics. Attendees will learn how they can achieve uncompromised surgical and restorative outcomes that help maximize bone and soft tissue volume, as well as provide accelerated therapy for their patients.

Nowadays the maintenance of “a nice smiling” represents the main desire of our patients and the request for tooth coloured restorations is very high.
Predictable and repeatable results can be achieved through materials and clinical practices that, on one hand, preserve the original structure of the compromised tooth and, on the other hand, involve a very low biologic price.
New technologies for the enamel-dentinal adhesion and the continuous evolution of more sophisticated esthetic materials as composite resins with high refraction index and porcelains allow the effective reaching of verifiable and predictable results.
Technologies and materials have to follow an operative approach that strictly involves operative steps which have been carefully codified referring to the materials typology used form time to time.
This course aims to point out the relevant guidelines in both direct and indirect tecniques for esthetic anterior and posterior restorations through the evaluation of the disposable techniques and materials in order to reach a correct and standardized clinical result in respect of the restorative esthetic dentistry.

Implants in the Aesthetic Zone. Decision making.
During the last 30 years placing implants we have had to update our decisions to be able to solve the increasingly demanding challenges to achieve an aesthetic long term. There have been many discussions about what is the best time to place the implant: deferred implant, immediate implant, age of the patient, stabilization of peri-implant tissues, etc. Through a series of cases we will discuss all these issues.

DIGITAL BIOCOPY WITH PHIBO
Entering the digital world today means leaving our comfort zone. At first, it makes us uncomfortable in our daily practice for several reasons, but once we begin to feel comfortable, the advantages are endless. One of the advantages of having an intraoral scanner is to be able to perform biocopies before starting the restorative phase for both simple and complex cases, thereby minimizing the number of visits to obtain the final result. So far we have talked a lot about digital planning, something we can’t forget, but once we have it, it is important to master the digital flow with the technician through a biocopy. Performing a biocopy means doing a scan to our mock up, with the final adjustments of the analog or digital waxing that allow us to transmit to our rehabilitation naturalness. With this we adjust ourselves to the final result that allows us to work with CAD materials and thus avoid the elaboration of models and have an optimal result in a session.

First Fit Presentation
FirstFit ™ technology is a patented technique that through digital planning allows the guided preparation of veneers and cementation in a single appointment.
It is a new minimally invasive concept, carried out through a digital procedure, in which, from Impressions and photographs, the veneers are produced before the patient is prepared.
FirstFit ™ uses the latest digital technology and 3D printing. Using a patented CAD software, a team of qualified dentists and designers prepares the final restorations. Based on this design, the ideal preparation of each of the teeth to be restored is determined and a sequence of guides is generated.
The FirstFit ™ technology also includes a new positioning splint, which allows cementing up to 10 veneers at a time, in just one movement and in just over an hour.
In this way with the FirstFit ™ technology, you can do a veneer treatment in just two appointments *:
• 1st appointment: Taking impressions and photographic studio.
• 2nd appointment: Guided preparation and cementation of the final veneers.
In short, this revolutionary system provides a digitally guided treatment, minimally invasive, precise and faster, eliminating the provisional phase.
* 3 appointments: in case the Doctor wants to request a physical Mock-up.
We are facing a unique product. What do you expect to be part of FirstFit ™?
Training courses for cementation of veneers with guided preparation and digital planning.
Dentistry is constantly changing, influenced by new technologies that reach the sector every day, the task of keeping "updated" becomes increasingly difficult and this can be a bit overwhelming.
The learning curve seems never to come to an end, so today training for new practices is increasingly common and necessary.
The FirstFit ™ WorkShop is aimed at doctors who seek to expand their horizons, maximizing their productivity by reducing consultation time and achieving the highest precision when performing veneer treatments, obtaining better results and greater fidelity on the part of their patients.
In this theoretical course we will explore the latest technologies in the sector such as 3D printing, digital smile design and guided preparation, we will talk a little about their trajectory and how they have come to stay. We will understand how FirstFit ™ is nothing more than an inexorable product of the dental advance and we will verify its advantages over conventional veneer placement methods.

Biological principles of B.O.P.T philosophy: from the tooth to the implant
The concept of vertical preparation without finishing line (BOPT) is applicable in fixed prosthesis on teeth and implants allowing the clinician to model the soft tissues through the prosthesis.
The predictability and longevity of our treatments depend on the health and quantity of the soft tissue that will provide nutrition, support and defense to the underlying bone and, therefore, to the biological aspect of our dental-implant restorations.
The BOPT technique allows modeling the position and thickness of the gingival margin through the emergence and prosthetic overcontouring, encompassing a series of biological mechanisms aimed at obtaining greater and better connective tissue that will confer long-term stability of the periodontal and peri-implant tissue.
The objective of this conference will be the exposition of the biological principles that govern the BOPT illustrating its benefits through clinical cases on teeth and implants.

Peri-implant stability as a life insurance for our restorations: the “less is more” concept.
Implantology is immersed in a series of biological, surgical and prosthodontic factors that will directly influence the final result of the treatment.
In this presentation the authors intend to review these factors, since their correct use will facilitate that in a simpler way (concept less, it is more) we can obtain better results both at bone level and soft tissues. Similarly, the choice of the implant, the type of connection, the emergence of our prosthesis and the correct use of the biomaterial of bone regeneration or conservation, will be of vital importance in the stability of the tissues in the short and long term.
